How do I register for a CASNR Outreach online credit courses?
Complete the Registration Form and return it to the CASNR Outreach office in 136 Ag Hall. OSU students need to complete questions 1-9 on the front, question 21 on the back, and sign the bottom. Non-OSU students must complete the entire form, and return to CASNR Outreach with a check for the $40 admission fee ($75 for international students).
You may bring the form to 136 Ag Hall, OR fax it to 405-744-5339, OR scan it and email it to maryellen.beyl@okstate.edu OR mail it to CASNR 136 Ag Hall, Stillwater OK 74078 (if you mail it allow 10 working days for it to reach our office).
When will my online credit courses start and end?
All courses are concurrent with the standard OSU semester unless otherwise noted. The website for the OSU Registrar lists dates and deadlines for the current semester.
How do I drop a CASNR Outreach online credit course?
You must notify CASNR Outreach in writing to drop an online credit courses.
You may drop a course using any of the following means:

If you are on campus, you may stop by 136 Ag Hall and complete a drop/add form. OR

If you are not on campus, you may send an email from your okstate.edu email address. Send the email to james.leising@okstate.edu or maryellen.bey@okstate.edu.
State that you wish to drop the course(s). Include the course prefix, course number, and title (ex. ANSI 3903 Agri Animal of the World). Sign it with your full name and your Campus-Wide ID number (CWID). If you are not sure about your CWID, log in to Okey. Do Not use your social security number. OR -
Download the drop/add form and fax it to
405-744-5339.
State that you wish to drop the course(s). Include the course prefix, course number, and title (ex. ANSI 3903 Agri Animal of the World). Sign it with your full name and your Campus-Wide ID number (CWID).
If you email or fax your drop, please call us at 405-744-5395 to verify that we received it.
What if I forgot to drop my online credit course until it was past the deadline? What do I do then?
OSU has a porcess you may follow. Complete a Petition to Drop a Course After the Deadline. Instructins are included. You will need to take the completed petition to your advisor as a first step. Your advisor will tell you what needs to be done next. Note: Simply forgetting the deadline is not considered an excuse. You must submit prof of extraordinary circumstances.
How much does an online credit course offered through CASNR Outreach cost? What fees are involved?
CASNR Outreach charges the equivalent of OSU tuition plus a distance learning delivery fee. Total cost varies by department, buth the total is slightly is slightly more than the cost for on-campus courses. See course listing for costs.

How will I be billed for the course?
CASNR Outreach will bill your Bursar account unless otherwise instructed. You will receive an email from the Bursar when your account is billed.
What if I get tuition waivers or have a scholarship? Will they pay for my online credit courses?
Maybe. Most scholarship programs and many waiver programs will pay for Outreach courses. To be sure, check with the financial aid office (405-744-6604). CASNR Outreach is not authorized to grant tuition waivers, and ultimately, you are responsible for payment for courses you take.
If I drop a course after the final refund period, can I still get a refund?
As a general rule, NO. If you believe you have extraordinary circumstances, you may complete and file a Petition to Refund Afteer the Deadline. You must submit proof of extraordinary circumstances. Again, simly forgetting the deadline is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
