Background
The Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management at Oklahoma State University was created by combining faculty in fisheries, wildlife, forestry, and reangeland ecology and management to work more effectively on projects that concern natural resources that impact Oklahomans.
The mission of the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Mangement is to conduct interdisciplinary research, instructin, and extension education to address the sustainable management and conservation of the fishery, forest, rangeland, and wildlife resources of Oklahoma and beyond.
